    Bug: Saved French language is actually not saved

    I'm attempting to use a wedding form in both English and French. So I use the Advanced Settings, Edit Form Languages feature.  Unfortunately, the saved French language does not "stick". Some of the form fields erratically reverts back to English. Some fields work fine (French language is saved and is displayed properly), others are broken (French text is saved, but English language is displayed).

    I've already contacted support concerning this intermittent bug (titled "Can you fix a bug in the Advanced Settings, Edit Form Languages?")  , but I haven't received feedback for the last 3 days. Will I be lucky using this forum? 

     I'd like to bring this form live this weekend.  Can you fix it? Thanks for any support!!!

    I believe you were mentioning this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/518018. My colleague Ashwin replied on the same day, maybe you didn't receive the notification by email. We were waiting for more details to proceed. 

    I created a clone of the form and from my tests it seems that it does not translate all the Text fields:

    I will forward this situation to our developers so they can analyse better this situation. They will contact you via this thread once they have an update on this situation.

    Hi Carina,

    I replied with details to Ashwin ( jotformforum_518018@interlogy.com ) on Wednesday morning and yesterday  but I guess he didn't receive my messages?

    Here's are the details I provided:

    There is a total of 5 fields that will inevitably revert back to the original English text.  I've pasted below each each screenshot ,  along with  its associated  French text.  Notice that some of the French text contains absolutely no "foreign" character, such as in example #2  ("blabla").

    Thank you for providing more details. My colleague had submitted a ticket report to our higher team support so that they can check the issue of the TEXT field not being translated correctly using the multi-language tool.

    the bug ticket submitted was already assigned to our developer. 

    But we cannot provide you with definite time frame as to when it will be fixed at this time.  It would really depends on the load of work our dev have also.

    We will make sure to notify you here for any news and updates on the status when available.
