Can I reactivate my forms after they have been disabled due to reached ssl quota?

I'm using a free account for now. After I got a warning about the ssl limit getting close I changed the form codes to non-ssl, but in the meantime a client must have sent an ssl from another link and my form was disabled. Now the forms are inactive though the links have been set to non-secure. Could you reactivate the forms or do I have to wait till the next mont?

I am sorry, but you cannot manually reactivate the form if it was due to exceeded limits (in this case your SSL).

You will either have to upgrade to the higher plan to expand the limits, OR indeed wait until the Monthly Reset occurs again.

For this time only, I have manually notched down your SSL count to 8 so that you can proceed using the form. Make sure you do not incur SSL submission within the month so that it will not be disabled again.

Let us know if there is more we can help you with.

    Thanks.
