How can I upgrade under my name instead of the one who programmed my web page?

    Hi there,

My name is Olivia and I am the Communications Manager at Spacial. We decided to host a contest that would require a form that people could fill out. We had a web designer/integrator set up this web page for us (see URL below). Neither he nor I realized that there was a quota to the number of submissions for the free form.

I am completely willing to upgrade, but my web designer is currently on a plane going to Europe and cannot do this himself. Is there any way I can do it instead and for the transaction to go through?

My designer's name is Philippe Deniger, and it's likely he used the following email: philippe@philippedeniger.com.

I found out about this because he received an email from your company saying we were running out of submissions, which he then forwarded to me before hopping on a plane.

I really need to upgrade this as soon as possible, since we're already at 16 submissions.

    Please help! :-)

I have removed the scheduled downgrade. So, you will have until Monday noon EST time resolve it.

This form was created as a guest user. Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions. So, you can easily increase your limits 100 by simply creating a user account. If your designer signs up with his email address, the form will be assigned to his account. Otherwise, you can also create a JotForm account and let us know the username, and we can move the form to this new account.

Thank you so much for the prompt response. I will go for the latter solution: create my own account so that you can move the form over to my new account. Should I let you know here when this is done?

    Thanks!

Actually, I've already created an account: it's Livvy (the name my responses keep showing up in). I'll proceed to the cart right away so the switch can be made.
