Sorry to hear about your issue. Can you provide a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? It is possible for you to do one time payments, please note the screenshot below.

You can also try clearing your browser cache and attempt to purchase a subscription again using PayPal. I hope this works for you. We will await your response.

The issue is PayPal - related, I can't complete a subscription because my old credit card ran out but I don't use any credit cards anymore so im not going to add a new one.

I also don't want to complete a yearly plan, too much money for me at the moment.

So there is no option to complete the monthly plan via one-time payments?

Thank you for providing an update on the situation. If I am not mistaken, when you say "...complete the monthly plan via one-time payments?" are you referring to paying a fixed monthly charge or are you asking if there are other packages available that will allow you to do one time payments every 3 or 6 months? Sorry that I am not clear on your inquiry. I would welcome additional information if my assumptions are incorrect. I will await your response.

    Cheers!

With that I mean paying a fixed monthly charge but without the paypal subscription, like the paying a invoice each month manually

Thank you for that clarification. Sorry to say but there is no such payment option available currently. Once a subscription is paid for, it will be automatically schedule a withdrawal date approximately 30 days from the initial date you paid for your subscription. If you would like to manually pay for your subscription monthly, I am afraid you would have to cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid the recurring charges. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to contact us if additional assistance is needed.

    Cheers!

I would really appreciate if you guys can bring in the feature of paying manually every month and cancelling the service if the user misses the invoice after x number of reminders because there are a lot of people who're facing similar issues like OP including me and would have really loved if I was able to make one time payments.

    Hi,

I will forward this request to our development team to see if this is something they may be able to implement.  Though I cannot see if or when they will be able to address this, I can see it will at least be brought to their attention.

If we have any further information regarding the ability to have a one time payment for a single month or year, rather than a subscription based payment, we will update you here in this thread.

This is not possible. What you can do is to pay the month or year, then cancel immediately or we can cancel the subscription for you to prevent the recurring charges.  The account will remain on paid status for the time you paid for.
