    Turkish: Form'um neden çalismiyor ? herhalde pishing oldu çok test ettigim için bir bakarmisiniz, revosroinfo@gmail.com adresinden bana ulasabilirsiniz tesekkur ederim

    We apologize for this inconvenience.

    Your form was auto suspended by our phishing scanner because you created the form in a foreign language (Turkish) and this cause our scanner to incorrectly marked your form as a phishing form.

    To prevent this in the future, I suggest you to always create your forms in English first and then translate it into other languages as described here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/447134#447248.

    Either way, I've whitelisted your form and reactivated your account. You should be able now to work normally with your form.
