Hey guys,
We have implemented some forms and had the webhooks work as expected. Entries have been coming in smoothly, no hiccups. But, on 30/05 we have an empty entry entered. We have no idea how that is possible since obviously there are so many mandatory fields.
Client is on our tails now asking if its a missed entry from our side and how to contact trace so we can reach out. Or is this a technical glitch and you guys have some log in the backend to check what really went down?

Hi Murrali,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.
Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for the reply. But may I know what you mean by you have the same issue? Were you able to recreate how an empty entry got added?

Hi Murrali,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When our colleague cloned your form and tested it on her end. She ended up having the same issue as you, so she escalated this thread to the developer team. Although we don’t have a solution yet, rest assured that we’ll keep working on this until it's resolved. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
