I like the format my clients see but when they submit the form it's very hard to read because the format is not the same, is ther a way to keep the formatting consistent?I'd also like to create borders/boxes to help signify sections of the form, is there a way to do this?
Finally,if I use the SSL logo on my form, does this mean that all submissions will be secure?
This is a link to my form.
Thanks so much for any support you can offer!

If I understand you correctly, you want the submissions area to look the same as your form right?
Unfortunately, if you are referring to the submissions in submissions are, then the options are only limited to including what field will be shown, hiding empty fields and showing headers and text. If you enable "Show headers and texts" then the text and images on your form will appear on the submissions.
On the MyForms, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.
In the Submissions area, click the gear icon or options. A drop down will appear, you can enable the "Show Headers and Text".
You can also view this submissions via Reports wherein you can see it on excel, html table listing, grid listing or visual reports. Please check the guides on our Reports section.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any help.
