Thank you for contacting us for support. If my assumption is correct, you are currently using a form that is not originally made in English and you would like to make it that way. If you would like to get this done, it is required that you to manually adjust each of the options/labels on the form to English if your Language for your account is already set to English and no change was noticed in your form labels.
If you check the language of your Jotform account and it is not English, simply change the option and the form should translate accordingly. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to contact us if further assistance is needed.
