After being submitted data remains on form

Asked by jnorman1000 on February 22, 2015 at 02:38 PM

I am testing out puting the form on my website. I filled out the form and submitted it. Yet when I went back to the website to do it again, I clicked on the link for the form and the data I had previously submitted was still visible. I can only use this if the data being submitted can be secured. I am using the SSL certificate and am wondering if I am doing something wrong.

The link I provided shows the button "History and Intake Form" that is the form I created using jotform.

    Thanks for your continued support!

I believe that this is per your settings in your browser to remember the forms data.

When I went to your website and clicked on the form again, it was empty for me.

Can you please try to open it in a different browser and test there?

Also, please note that for free plan, only 10 secure submissions per month are possible, so I have already taken away the one I made (set your count from 3 after my submission to 2).

I would also suggest using iframe embed code for the jotform embedded on that page since it does not seem to be showing up properly.
