My form data is gone!

    Greetings,

    I have used your amazing service to create a form that I'm currently using on my website, and it is working perfectly! Although recently I noticed that there was something that I wanted to change. So I went to www.jotform.com, but my data was gone. I think that my wife accidentally deleted cookies and web history which caused this issue. 

     

    Can you help me retrieve my data? Here's the source code that I have on my website:

    I regret that I did not make an account and save it there but if you successfully help me then I will definitely do that.

    I was able to locate your form but base on my checks it appears that you created this form while you were a guest at Jotform. For you to keep track of your forms and it submissions, I would recommend creating an account and we can have your form transferred to your newly created account. You can sign up here and provide the username for your account and we can have it transferred for you. We will await your response.

    But you didn't insert the form into My account like you promised. The "Thank you" was in advance, the issue was not resolved yet.
