i've been using a number of forms to record when someone has completed an e-learning course. If I embed the form into Articulate Storyline 2 customers randomly get a V8 error and despite clearning the cache and re-saving each form this still happens.
To avoid this error I no longer embed the form and just provide a link (via a button) directly to it. This way if they do get a V8 error they can try again, which seems to work. However this creates a further problem in that if someone simply copies the form's URL and passes it round then everyone can avoid doing the course and just go straight to the completion form.
So my first question is, can I hide the form's URL somehow?
To stop people doing multiple entries from the same computer I notice I can use strict form limiting. If I do this presumably it only affects one form and not others. But how long does this last for? If they do the course once per year does it still get blocked.

Can you say how you embed the form on the website? Did you try embedding the form using the iFrame method? If the form was directly embedded onto the website it is possible that script conflict could be causing this problem.
Before trying any other solution, I would recommend giving this method a try to see if the problem will be resolved. Do give this a try and let us know the outcome. We will await your response.
