Is there a way on conditional settings to make an question and answer not show up on my final form?

    I have a couple of questions on my form that guide my user to another question.  I do not want to see the first question on my submission pdf form only the question and answer that it leads the user to.  Can I hide the first question from appearing in my data?  For instance the question that is attached....if they answer that they have already fulfilled the requirement I don't want that info to show up on my .pdf

    Yes, you can accomplish that with conditional logic to Show / Hide a form field:
