Issues with receipt

our receipts are not showing right it does not show the total but instead shows this

{myProducts:total}

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You need to add the correct unique name to pass the data from the form to the PDF. In your form, the correct unique name of the payment field is {checkThe}. You may view the Unique Name by following the steps below:

• Click on the gear icon of the Product List.
• Go to Advance tab in the Properties panel on the left.
• Expand the Field Details to view the Unique Name.

Let me show you how to update your invoice with the correct unique name:

• In Form Builder click the Product List field and then click the wand icon to get to payment settings.

• Under the Product List, go to the  Invoice tab, then scroll down and click on Preview Invoice.

• In PDF Editor, Exit the PDF Preview then update the {myProducts:total} to {checkThe}  by clicking on the gear icon.

This is how the invoice looks like after the unique name is updated. As you can see the dollar amount is now showing.

Thank you for getting back at us. You will need to enable Generate the Invoice number feature from Invoice tab in the Product List field. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder click the Product List field and then click the wand icon to get to payment settings.

• Under the Product List, go to the Invoice tab, then scroll down Generate Invoice Number.

• Select Invoice ID from the drop down. The Invoice ID is the hidden Unique ID widget in your form.

• Now go to the PDF Editor then update the text to {invoiceId} by clicking on the gear icon.

• Click Save to apply the changes.
