How do I find a form that I’ve signed?
my work sends me these links and I didn’t save it the day I signed it. How can I get it now? I don’t think I have an account?

    Hi Sanja,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you can't check the forms that you have filled out. If the form owner has added an Autoresponder Email feature, you should have received an email related to your submission. Did you receive an email about your submission? Also, If you can share the form links that you submitted and the email that you entered while filling out the form, we can check.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hello sanjak3,

Thanks for getting back to us. If you are set as one of the Signers for the Sign Documents at your work place, you should be able to receive a link via email. And once you have successfully signed the document, a confirmation email is also sent out and you can view the signed document.

If you are unable to locate it using the search bar on your email, you may contact the owner of the form and have the sign document forwarded to you again.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

this does not help and is exactly why I was asking for hep. please do not send an auto response like this.

I signed this form in October, I need a copy, I don't have a copy. please call me or escalate this, I can't wait days between responses only to get an auto response like this that makes it seem like a computer is reading my emails. I really need this form . 604-767-6452

    Hello sanjak3,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread. After checking, it seems that the sign document was already deleted. We are unable to locate it in our database. As per your email logs, this is the form that shows a submission from you. I recommend that you coordinate with the form owner and have the sign document forwarded to you again.

Let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Sanja,

If you signed a form using Jotform Sign Documents and you are unable to find the signed documents, there are a few steps you can take to locate them:

    1. Check your email: Jotform Sign Documents usually sends an email notification containing a link to access the signed document. Search your email inbox for any messages related to the form you signed. Look for subject lines that mention the form or Jotform.
    2. Search your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, email notifications can end up in the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders and mark any relevant emails as "not spam" to ensure future notifications go to your inbox.
    3. Contact your work: If your work sends you the links to sign the documents, reach out to the person or department responsible for sending the forms. Explain the situation and ask if they can resend the link or provide you with a copy of the signed document.
    4. Create a Jotform account: If you don't think you have an account with Jotform, you can try creating one. Go to the Jotform website (www.jotform.com) and click on the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button. Follow the instructions to set up an account using your email address. Once you have an account, you may be able to access your signed documents by logging in and checking your form submissions or document history.
    5. Reach out to Jotform support: If none of the above steps help you find the signed document, you can contact Jotform support directly. Visit the Jotform website and look for the "Contact" or "Support" section. Provide them with the necessary details, such as the date and name of the form, and explain your situation. They should be able to assist you in retrieving your signed document.

Remember, it's important to save important documents after signing them to avoid any future difficulties.
