Links in my booking form is no longer working

    Hello, I am trying to get my clients to complete their booking form, many have sent in and no problem, however today you are unable to click the link under important information and I dont know why, i have not changed the form. I have pasted the link below.

    Hi annette_porter,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. I cloned your form but I didn't see any link under Important Information section. Are you referring to the checkbox? If yes, then you will need to scroll down the terms until the bottom in order for that checkbox to be clickable.

    If you are referring to the link inside the Terms and Conditions box, then by default, those links are not clickable. You can use HTML code to make it a clickable link but there's a chance that the layout of the terms' content will be affected.

    If you're referring to a different element or link, please share a screenshot so that we can further troubleshoot or investigate the issue.
