I have a more urgent issue tonight where any payments that are attempted after completing the form come up with an error message. Please have this corrected as quick as possible.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue and it appears to be working as expected. Check out this screencast below:
I cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your form. Can you try re-embedding your form and then try again to see if the problem is the same? If the problem is the same, please provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive. This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to me on this.
The interesting thing was that the form did not work on our website however in preview mode on your site it did.
I deleted the coding on our site and re-embedded the code for iframe view and it worked.
I don't know what broke but it's working now.
