Zappier integration

When i press the trigger Zappier is not picking up the data.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried to integrate Zapier -Microsoft Excel and everything works properly. Check out the screenshot below:


I have cleared your form cache. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If the same issue happens, can you share with us what Zapier template are you trying to integrate is it Microsoft Excel, or Google Contact so we can test it on our end?
