Hi,
Many of the people who filled up the forms I sent say that after they click 'submit' there's no 'Thank you page' showing. Only a blank page.
I tried it myself, and I also experienced the same thing.
Secondly, when the form is submitted, it does not actually go through at all. (the form was not sent) -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Can you provide us with the link to your App so we can investigate it? Also, can we have your permission to test your live app?
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us and for providing the link to your app. I tested the app, but I was unable to replicate this issue. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you reinstall the app and see if that resolves the issue? If the problem persists, can you remove the embedded form and then add it back?
