I upgraded to my wrong account

    Hi, I've just upgraded my account to silver but I upgraded the wrong account. Is there anything that can be done to transfer the upgrade to the correct account please?

    Hello Jacinta,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer a subscription. We can cancel the subscription you made and issue a refund if it is within 30 days of your payment. Also, I checked the account you used to open this ticket and it shows it has a Starter Plan.

    Would you like to cancel the subscription you made to another account? If so, please share with us the email address associated with the account.

    Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.
