I have a form for an after school enrichment program the kids can pick classes but from a drop down menu of 16 class offerings. Could we limit the submissions so that we don't have them pick their 1st 2nd and 3rd option but just allow them to pick until the class is full and close it. At that point they move on to another class. I am having trouble seeing how to do this. Would we skip offering three options and then just 1 with all classes there and put a limit on them and then they basically sort it out for us. This way we eliminate the need to sort out after registration is closed offered on first come first serve bases.
If you can see the Somerset Stars Fusion Lab form and the Clone of it you may understand more clearly what I am asking as I think my question is a bit confusing.
Thanks!

Hi,
I'm sorry, but yes, I'm a bit confused about the question. Are you trying to limit the number of registrations per class offering? If yes, a workaround would be to use either of the following widgets so you can limit each item:
http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry
http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/ticket_purchases
We also have a few methods to add limits in the form:
http://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form
http://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
If you want to limit it by date, you can use our Date Reservation widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/date_reservation.
If none of the above links are working for you, then please kindly elaborate further and we'll be happy to assist you more about it.
Thank you!
