My text, such as category headers, is not visible on a submission pdf - how to fix this?

Text fields, such as category headers, instructions, etc. are not visible when a submission is downloaded as a pdf.  I really need to see this information.  Is there a way to make sure this information is included in the .pdf version?

To make all of the fields from your jotform shown, please follow this link: How to show headers or text for contracts/terms/agreements in the PDF format of a submission.

It will show you how to show all of the fields in the PDF itself, but if you have any questions along the way, just let us know and we would be happy to assist.

A note would be that if you want empty (not filled out) fields to show as well, then you should un-tick Auto hide empty fields option, so the end setup looks like this:

Do let us know how it goes.
