Unable to Download Submissions

    Hi!

    I am not receiving any error messages, but I am unable to use the download function when I try to download forms. Please let me know your thoughts! THANK YOU!

    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm really sorry that this is happening. This was a known issue but we have been informed by the Developers team that this issue has already been resolved. Can you try downloading your submissions again and see if it works?
