Hi, I created a sign up form that requires a different sign up for each participant. When parents try to sign up multiple children they are getting an error message. can you please help?

I've tried submitting your JotForm twice and I received an error on the second submission that multiple entries are not allowed.
As I clone your JotForm to my account, I notice that Loose check on Unique Submission is enabled to limit submissions from Form preferences. This setting prevents to receive more than one submission from the same browser. The second submission you've received from me is through a different browser.
Please change this to No check from the drop down so that you'll be able to receive more than one submission with the form.
