SMTP sender email does not send emails

    On my 23-24 Employment Agreement Form, when I change the email setting under advanced to show the sender email is my email (akronberger@crosshillchristian.com) rather than noreply@jotform.com, the system no longer works. Any fixes?

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. To be sure, did you mean the emails do not get sent when you are using or own email address as the sender of your notification/autoresponder emails? If so, please note that when the sender email of an email alert in a form is set to be sent via SMTP, it is not being sent from our server but from the SMTP server.

    I would suggest that you check the status of the emails with your IT/Admin or with your email service provider to see what happened to the email notifications sent through your form submissions. In the meantime, you can use noreply@jotform.com as your sender email.
