Hi! How do i delete things to not use all of my storage? I've deleted over 500 submissions and nothing has changed. I do not want to upgrade.

Hi Rebekah,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleting submissions doesn't automatically free up storage as deleted submissions go into your Trash folder first. Any items that are in your Trash folder are still counted against your limit. With that said, you need to clear your trashed submissions. Let me show you:
- Open your Jotform Tables and load either the Wholesale Application form and Doodles by Rebekah afterward
- Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
- In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Rebekah,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you please try to clear your cache? Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
You can also check this guide for more information about clearing caches.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
