Stripe ACH Manual payment automatically

    I currently have the ACH Manual widget on my form but it is requiring a verification process. Is there a way to accept those payments automatically so each customer does not have to go through verification? I use Stripe and one of the representatives told me that it can be done but I would need some coding? Could you please provide some guidance?

    Thank you for waiting, I appreciate it. I made a test on the Stripe ACH Manual using our test account, and the payment went through automatically. Check out the screencast below:

    Instead of using products, I am using a user-defind field. It does allow the user to input their banking information, but the funds are not going through automatically. The user is receiving an alert from Jotform that they need to verify their account. I would like to by pass that, if possible.

    Also, how can I make an alert message be from me rather than saying Jotform?

    Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support and for the clarification. Unfortunately, the feature that you are looking for that automatically processes the payment for Stripe ACH Manual is not yet available. You can check this guide on how to integrate Stripe ACH Manual with your form.

    Regarding the question about the email which will be sent that you want to come from you instead of Jotform, I moved them to this separate support ticket to avoid confusion in getting assistance with each question. I will get there shortly to further assist you.
