The difference between a monthly submission and a monthly signed document?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Monthly Submission Limit for the Starter plan means that you have 100 total submission entries, that your account can receive every month, and every first day of the month this resets back to zero, allowing you to receive more submissions. While the Monthly signed document limit is the number of completed signing processes your account can receive every month. This limit applies if you're using Jotform Sign documents. If you've sent a Sign document, it gets signed and sent back to you, then that would count as a completed signing process and would count against your monthly signed documents limit.
