Data submitted in Full Name and Address fields doesn't appear in the email notification

    Hey there, I'm jumping in on this post with the same problem. Everything works fine when I view submissions through the site, but once it gets sent to the office administrators email he doesn't see the Full Name and Address fields. 

    Wondering if I can get the same problem fixed. We will be purchasing an account very shortly, this Jotforms is absolutely life saving!

    Hi,

    Your form notification email is not well configured. A simple way to fix this would be to re-create the whole settings. The first thing you need to do is to delete the current notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder and then re-create it: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
