Form not found: This form is disabled.

Hey, JotForm

JotForm estimates, the system suspects that the / the form / s created / s will be used for phishing. This is not the case, the form will be used as the site www.imaginartelaminas.com support. I request to have the forms for use.

In other please indicate that an error may have made for the system to consider a possible phishing. ??

I see the issue Osvaldo. The reason why your account was blocked - suspended phishing - is because your form is set as English form while you are using non English words on it.

This was used before to mask the characters and as such our system disabled the jotforms and the account.

To resolve this all that you should do is set the jotforms to the language used on the jotform and the system will not disable it any more.

Even if the languages are not the same, the same issue is causing it.

Once you make the change on both jotforms the system should re-activate your account immediately, but if that is not the case, do let us know and we would be happy to check it out for you to see why that might be so.

OK, I understand. I have removed the 2 jotforms in your Trash folder that were the cause of your account being disabled and your account is now active Osvaldo.
