Date Change

    I am using a form that has a similar form but I am not sure how to change the date.

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. I believe that you are referring to the JotForm titled "Clone of Best Shot for Kids Golf Benefit". Do you want to change the label of the date field to rename it or change the default date displayed? The label can be changed by clicking on it and you can enable/disable the default time from the tool bar. Please see the recorded session below :
