Thank you for patiently waiting. After looking into this, we determined that they have violated our Terms of Use. So, we immediately suspended the account, the account owner, as well as any forms and apps connected to it. However, please keep in mind that although the form owner has no access to the form or data at Jotform now, they might have received your submission information if they enabled the Notification Email feature. 

Here are some guidelines to help you avoid scams:

• Never fill out a form from an anonymous contact, an unknown organization, or a company with no website or legitimate presence.
• Never pay money to get employment
• Never provide critical information such as your SSN, banking information, or driver’s license numbers or pictures to such suspicious contacts.
