How to restrict user sign up for a specific time?

I'm looking for a table form that allows users to fill the volunteer sign up forms for specific times. It would be great if they could sign up on the form and it would populate right on the page. That way, we would be automatically up-to-date so we don't have too many users for the same time. Is that available or possible?

    Thanks!

    Hello cate14,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to sign up a limited number of volunteers for specific time frame?

You can take advantage of our "Gift Registry" which will allow you to configure the available time frames and how many volunteers you want to sign up for each time frame. If you receive that many numbers, users will not be able to select that time frame again.

Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this is something what you wanted to achieve:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50538873860969? Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!

Thanks for your response! It looks like the gift registry would work. We do need a free version, though. This is for a reunion website and no one is getting paid for anything including creating the website. Is there an version of the gift registry that does not require the pro version?

    Thank you!

Were glad to know that our colleague Ashwin_d solution works. Thank you for the confirmation.

Actually, even if you are just on FREE subscription, the solution and the widget will still work for you.

If you were worried that it requires a paid account, you should not.

The URL of Ashwin_d demo form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50538873860969? have nothing to do with a Pro/Paid account.

You can go ahead and use the form and the Gift Registry widget as is on your FREE account.

Please let us know if you require further assistance.

    Thanks!
