    how do we give our own message (not jotforms) to people who submit twice?

    Sorry but I am not able to get a full grasp of what you mean by "own message", will you be sending the message using webmail or email client and your own email address?

    I would much appreciate it if  you can provide more information on what you wish to achieve.

    sorry about my weak explanation.

    If we set the settings to one submission per ip address and we want to have our own message saying for example “You have already used this form. Regards (company name)” without jotforms default message which is “Sorry only 1 entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled in this form"

    Thank you for the clarification, unfortunately this error message is hard coded in JotForm and currently not available for users to modify.

    This was actually raised as  feature request in this thread.
