What happens if there are multiple surveys (set to use email session) filled out using same email

    Hello,

    I have been exploring your service for the last week and I feel somewhat confident it is the survey solution I need. Hopefully you can provide greater clarity.

    I understand offline capabilities are not available but I think the session URL may work for my use case.  A sample survey I would be creating would consist of approximately 8 pages ranging from 15 - 60 fields per page. The use-case for these specific surveys in question will be for Supervisors to track the usage of products and equipment. So, each day or a few times each week, they will be completing a survey.

    If the same email is used to complete multiple surveys, how does this effect the save function using the Session URL method?

    Also, I read a forum posts that mentioned accounts would be disabled if jot form is used as login forms.  Please explain what results in account suspension.

    *i do not have a completed survey to provide a link to because I am still reviewing the funcitionality before i spend all the time creating the long surveys.

    I think that this is best to be explained by our developers so I will raise this to them, while in regards to your second question - about account suspension, since we can have only one question / issue per thread, I have moved it to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/521476 and we will be replying to it shortly.

    I apologize, I am not sure why, but I thought that you wanted to have multiple sessions per one jotform when I posted the answer to you.

    Please note that each email session is not only associated with the email, but also with the jotform ID.

    For example, the URL looks like this:

    {domain}/form/{form id}?session={email}

    Example:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50543080550951?session=support@jotform.com

    Now as you can see, each email session is limited to the jotform, so even if you have 10 jotforms using same email address, as long as the jotform is not the same, the sessions would work as they usually do.
