Cannot download PDF attachement submitted when filling out the jotform

    I'm trying to download the attachment 'itinerary flight' from a form submitted to our account on February 9. However, the file is not downloading properly so I can't access the data. Please advise.

    I am sorry to hear Laura that you have any issues, but could you please tell us the jotform that the submission was made to so that we can find it and see what could be the cause of this.
