Where did my discount coupon codes go?

This is the third time!!! Why are my coupon codes magically disappearing? I am sick of the pissed off phone calls because they are not working. This is getting ridiculous! I have been satisfied up until someone had the ingenious idea to start screwing things up.

Can you please tell us a bit more details in regards to this?

Details such as what is the jotform with this issue and if the coupons are only not showing up in the coupons admin panel (payment processor widget), or if they are not possible to be applied to the products, etc.
