We don't seem to be able to trace the IP address of each entry to check where they have originated from.

    Hello theeastbourneac,

There are multiple options available to prevent spam submissions:

#1. You can add "Captcha" field in your form. Please be noted that having captcha fields in your from will be effective only if there is a automated attempt to send spam submissions. It will not be useful if there is a human attempt to do send spam submissions. Please check the screenshot below:

#2. You can take advantage of our "Unique Submission" feature to block multiple submissions from one system or one IP address by setting the "Loose check" or "Strict Check" respectively. The following guide should help you set unique submission in your form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

#3. You can also use our "Unique Question" feature as well which will prevent your form from receiving duplicate submissions. Example: You can set one of your forms question (like cell number or email address) to be a unique question. This will not allow a user to use the same cell number or email address to submit your form. Here is a guide to help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
