We have a form here for the last few weeks. I keep checking it as we are trying to push it through advertising and at the moment it is not showing.

Hi Nancy,
Your form is embedded using our non-secure URL method and that is the cause of the problem since your website is running through HTTPS connection:
To fix that, you will have to re-embed your form using our secure URL method: https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions.
