    How to properly set up email notification of approval that is to be sent after form is edited and approved?

    I cant get this to work. I am just about there but where I am stuck is send the conformation email back to the user. I have put an email input field which is automatically populate by another field where the user puts in their user name(I don't think this is causing the problem). I then set up the notification as set out above, when doing that I have to put in an email so I put mine.

    I then set up a condition that says if the approval field is filled then send the notification to {email} but it comes to my address. I have check the above tips and it does say {email} in name.


    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Dan,

    We will check it for you, but please create an account first: www.jotform.com/signup because we cannot do it if it's created using a guest account. Let us know your username here so we can check and move the form is the system fails to automatically move it to your account.

    It seems to still be doing the same thing, sending it to my address not the one entered in the email box?

    I've made a test with one of your submission and it is working fine. I received a notification email.

    Please try it again. Try using different email instead of using the same email when you run a test to avoid confusions. :)
