Upload Space showing used space even after deleting the files

So even after I delete all the submissions from the submissions folder it shows me that I used up upload space. How do I entirely clear upload space? I dont need the files on the internet. I download them and delete the submissions folder.

I made some tests and it seems that the upload space information is not updating immediately after the files are deleted. Please try deleting also the form on the trash folder as this can also be using some space:
