I am paying the 9.95 subscription and have not logged in since December. All of my past data and forms are gone, how can i retrieve the information?

I checked your account on our database and there are 6 forms on your account. Your forms and submissions are still on your account. Here's what you can do.
1. Log out from JotForm.
3. Re-open the browser.
4. Log back in to JotForm.
Please make sure that you are logged in properly to your account. I have clear your form cache as well. May we know what is the browser that you're using?
If the issue still persist, please let us know so that we can further investigate.
