We upgraded from free to economy last week; our 1 sub user is still showing free subscription. How do we upgrade sub-user accounts?

We tried deleting and re-adding the sub user; still showing as free in her account profile.

    Hi,

Upgrading your account will only upgrade that account.  Sub users will still show as "Free".  Forms are shared from the upgraded account with the sub users and they are able to view submissions and edit the form depending on permission settings.  They do not however, share the upgrade.  Forms shared with sub users will use the submissions from the main account, so they will have the upgraded submission limits, they just wont have the upgrades in their own account.  Here is a bit more information about sub users and how to get them set up:

The Pricing descriptions really should be updated to give more specific information about what the term 'sub-user' means.  Just a hyperlink from the term 'sub-user' with the description that a 'sub-user' can work on forms but not reap the paid-subscription benefits of the main user.  It's misleading...

The forms shared with sub-users get all the benefits of the upgraded account including increased submission limits and storage capacity.  Sub-users are only unable to create their own forms and use the upgraded limits.  They need to be shared from the upgraded account.  The only other limitation is that they are not able to also create sub-accounts of their own.  If we upgrade the sub-accounts also, they would then be able to create sub-users and upgrade those users as well.  Sub-users do reap the benefits of the main account, just not all of them.

Thanks for clarifying.  I think we've got it now.
