Is there any limit for payment submissions in free plan?

I'm seeing that under the free version, I can only have 10 payments per month?

Yes that is correct. In free account you can only receive up to 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions. Please be noted that if any of the submission limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled. To activate your account/forms again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.
