We just found out that our application form has not been working for the last couple months.  When you click submit it simply says "Please Wait" and never submits the info and never sends the visitor to the thank you page.

Here is the link on our site where the form is...  http://skinscienceinstitute.com/apply-now/

We've also tried going directly to the form hosted by jotform and tried filling it out there and it does the same thing. Here's the direct link to the form...  http://form.jotform.us/form/50544687924162

We've tried cloning the form and the clone still has the same issue.

We've also tried deleting and replacing the submit button and still have the same issue.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I see that you have a spacer widget (Form Separator) on your jotform.

Please remove it and add a new one. We have made a change for it to use a much simpler code and I believe that once you do this, the jotform will be working again.

Do update us however if by some chance it is still not working properly for you after the change.

Ok thank you.  That fixed the issue.

Since the form has not been working for the last couple months there has been a number of people who have tried filling filling it out and submitting the form.  Was that data captured at all?  It's not showing in the Submission Reports so we are just wondering if you have any ability to access that data if it even exists.

    Hi,

If the form gets stuck e.g. the submit button stays on "please wait..." it means the form is not yet submitted. In other words, no submissions data captured. Jotform will only capture the data once the form is submitted.

    Hope this clears your question.

    Thanks!
