I want to upload an image that I can place in a form.

    How do I do that?

    Hi,

You can add images to your form using the "Image" tool:

You can then select the image file from you computer using the "Upload Image File" tool.  Or if you have the URL already, you can use that.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Aha!  So I have to drag an "Image" widget onto a form, and **then** I get the dialog allowing me to upload a file to put in it.

    Thank you.

Correct, adding the image field just gives you the options of what type of process you would like to add the image, then it actually adds it.  You can also add images using the "Text" tool and HTML.  But the default image field is much easier.
