Am I still getting receive payments

    I had the starter package for jot forms. I recently upgragded to the premium package the other door for more submissions. I noticed that my regisration forms went from 10 to 100. But my payment submission says 12 out of 10. Shouldn't that have gone up to since I just paid for the preimum service?

    I checked our records and I was able to find a payment made associated with your email address but indeed, it was not properly applied to your account.

    I went ahead an updated the subscription information to properly reflect your JotForm account and then sent the subscription update again.  It should now be properly applied.
