I am creating a reservation form that requires a legally binding signature. Will the e-sign and Smooth Signature widgets allow legally binding signatures?
Also, writing signatures with a mouse is not desired. Are there any e-signing widgets that don't involve drawing?
additional note: we are not yet sure where our form is going to be hosted (in case this matters).
Thanks,
CK

We do have an integration with DocuSign which as far as I know is considered as a legal signature in some countries. You can check the widget here: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign
We also have an integration with Topaz signature pads, you can find the widget here: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/sigplus
I hope this helps.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Best Regards. -

The DocuSign widget has been updated, you might want to take a look:

Give it a try and let us know how that goes.
