Hello, how I can empty my Shipments SSL security of my account?

You cannot reset submissions limit. Since your SSL submissions has reached its limit for this month, you may consider upgrading your account to the any of the paid plan for a higher SSL limit. Head to the pricing page for more details. http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

However, if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will occur every first day of the following month.
