We are a small business and 3 people create and use jotform under a company account. How can we reroute responses to go directly to that form's owner rather than all to the same inbox.

Hi,
You can create multiple notifications and change its recipient email. Or you can change the recipient email on the default notification. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
