can I update my storage without paying for the bronze package?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Form looking at your account I think you are referring to increasing your Upload space Limit, is that right?

Your account is on Overlimit as your form submissions have 136.38 MB of file uploads on them, and the limit for free accounts for upload space is 100MB. Upload space limit refers to your forms that use a file upload field. The submissions can have file attachments on them and these files will take up the Upload Space limit. Note that this does not reset, this is fixed. If you wish to free up your upload space, you can first download all the attachments and the connected submissions. Finally you can then delete the submissions that have file uploads on them.

Once you delete the form submission, they are moved to the trash. Entries in the Trash section are automatically deleted after 30 days. Here is a screenshot from Jotform Tables. The popup does explain the automatic deletion after 30 days.

To free up your upload space sooner. you will have to permanently delte these trashed entired. as they still count toward your submission and upload limit unless they are deleted forever.

Let me show you how to deltet these permanently:

• On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
• In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
• In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Select All.
• Now you can click on Delete Forever
  
  
  

Please keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data from our servers.
